Bilyana Knitwear Ltd. is a limited liability company based in the south west of Bulgaria in the town of Petrich.
The company was established in 2012.
The main shareholders of the company have more than 50 years of experience in the production, sourcing and development of knitted garments.
Bilyana Knitwear produces garments using many natural fibre sources, and has considerable expertise manufacturing with Extra Fine Merino.
In addition the company produces garments with 100% Lambswool spun in Scotland, Italian Merino blends, 100% Cashmere from Italy, Egyptian cotton and cotton blends from European spinners, and many more.
Bilyana Knitwear has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 for many years.
Bilyana Knitwear is also a Woolmark licensee
The production facilities of Bilyana Knitwear are equipped with knitting, linking machines and confection machines.
Our knitting gauges are 5g, 8g and 12g Electronic Shima Machines and 15g and 21g Fully Fashion Machines (8g & 12g Flat).
We have our own dyeing and finishing mill within our factory that, in addition to treating and softening our products, can also add many technical treatments such as T.E.C. (Total Easy Care), or NanoTech water repellency.
Bilyana Knitwear Ltd. sources our main raw materials from reputable spinners from the U.K., Italy, Germany and Bulgaria who are known for the high quality of the yarn they produce.
Over 90% of our production is exported to our customers in U.K., Italy, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark and the U.S.A.
